How long does it take to process an order?
The order processing time can vary depending on the nature of your business and operational structure. Here’s a general breakdown:
- Standard Processing: Typically, it takes 1–3 business days to process an order. This includes verifying payment, checking stock availability, and preparing the order for shipping.
- Express Orders: If you offer expedited services, processing might be reduced to 1 business day or even same-day for orders placed before a specific cutoff time.
- Customization or Special Orders: If your products involve customization, processing might take 5–7 business days or longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Arzen ships only within Pakistan. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly across the country. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our services to serve customers internationally in the future.
What is your return policy?
- If a damaged product is received by the customer, complete amount paid by the customer will be refunded including delivery charges.
- If a customer did not like a product and wants to return it because they changed their mind, Rs.200 delivery charges along with Rs.400 handling charges (Packing cost, Material cost, Labor) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Product cannot be refunded if claim is not submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
- Refund will only be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and inspected by the management.
